Poverty Strciken Labourers Seek Fatwa from Jamia Binowry Town Karachi to Legalize Theft, Burglery, and Kidnapping
As the news aired by a local Urdu News Channel (AAJ), in an unprecedented incident in Karachi, the poverty stricken laborers approached Mufti Naeemi (Administrator) of Jamia Binowry Town Karachi, and sought Fatwa to legalize the crimes like theft, burglary, and kidnapping for ransom. The laborers argued that as even eating the meat of the pig gets allowable in certain conditions when one's life is at stake due to hunger. In the same way it has become almost impossible for the laborers to make the provision of daily eatables for their families, rest aside the clothing and other facilities; therefore, Fatwa may be issued to save the families from dying of hunger.
Keeping aforementioned situation in view Mufti Naeemi shew deepest concern over the plight of the applicants and warned the authorities that they must fear from Allah (SWT) and the day when these down trodden shall drag them out of their palaces and hang them on the poles.
Note: Can any of the forum members who are close to Jamia Binowry Town confirm this and share more details. I think sdmuashr, w-a-n-t-e-d and the cheetah(serious) "Shariah" brother may prove helpful in this regard.
