What you need is a change of approach. Hafeez will be a continuation of the same mind set that has been part of Pakistan leadership.

What we need is someone new and fearless who is not carrying any baggage and also not feeling insecure about their position in the team.

One name that is missing is Fawad Alam.

I think what we need is to name these guys to lead the T20 side or a domestic side and evaluate their performance.

میرے خیال میں کپتان وہ بندہ ہونا چاہیے کہ جیسے مینجمنٹ نہ بھی کھلانا چاہے لیکن پھر کھلانا مجبوری ہو۔ مطلب ایسا کھلاڑی جو اپنی بات منوا سکے۔ جو ٹیم کی ہر وقت ضرورت ہو کیونکہ یہ ورلڈ کپ تو صرف ٹیم مینجمنٹ کی وجہ سے ہارے ہیں کہ سفارشی کھلاڑیوں کو کھلایا لیکن میرٹ پہ اُترنے والے کھلاڑیوں کو موقع نہیں دیا۔ مصباح کو بُہت سے کھلاڑی پسند نہ ہو لیکن پھر بھی کھلانا پڑ گئے اورنتیجہ ہار کی صورت میں نکل آیا۔
اسکی سب سے بڑی مثال عمران خان ہے جس نے ٹیم سلیکٹر زکو خاطر میں نہ لاتے ہوئے 1992 کے ورلڈ کپ میں انضمام کو موقع دیا جس نے سیمی فائنل اور فائنل میں اھم کردار ادا کیا۔

We do not know their first class career .. so it is really difficult to say. I eoild say if Fawad Alam has some experiance of Captaincy then he might be a good choice ciz he is mentally tough
