arey gadho ager qismat se aik kaam ka aadmi mil gia hay to us ko sanbhaalo or sahi se istmaal karo, Kiyani jaisey gadhey ko 6 saal ki extension di jis ne kuch deliver bhi nahi kia, Raheel ko extension sirf is liaey milni chahiey keh ye deliver kar raha hay, warna hakumato mein to sub chor uchakey ikathey ho gaey hain, phir is kay baad jo aaey ga kia pata Martial Law laga keh baith jay agley 10 saal kay liaey or sath mila lay yehi corrupt siyasat-daan to phir wahi target killing or terrorist activities shoro ho jaein gi

If Mushy can serve as army chief for 8 years & Kayani for 6 years then why can't RS be given extension.
He is much better than the first two & has crushed the terrorists all over the country. He has brought back peace in the country.
We may not get such an efficient & committed Army chief again.

Sharif family should have 100 year extension

He will never get an extension. His existence is a threat to all corrupt political mafia including big guns. They can put the country at stake but not themselves.

Normally, in developed countries extension nahi di jati, q k wahan per idary strong hoty hain, aur kisi k anay janay say adary ki policy and workflow mein koi asar nahi parta.
But Pakistan mein jaisay jamhooriat looli langri hai, waisy hi adary b hain, so jaisy hi head of department change hota hai, us ki policies and workflow change ho jata hai.
So if u want k jo kaam Gen Raheel is waqt ker raha hai, woh successfully complete kary to He should be given extension for 2 years. otherwise let him go and give the new general chance to introduce his policies.
waisy b Army chief k liye 3 years ka tenure boht kam hota hai. aik paidaar solution k liye zaroori hai k tenure thora ziada ho army chief ka, ta k wo jo targets lay ker aya hai woh achieve kary aur jaye, aur extension ki zaroorat hi na pary. But yahan per tenure barhany ki bijaye her army chief ko extension deny ka socha jata hai, which is not proper solution.
