Option 1 is pretty reasonable.
first of all he should continue his jail term from where he left.
Secondly a news series of cases should be filed against him. Ranging from supporting hostile countries in their endeavors to malign Pakistan all the way till lying the authorities about his health issues to escape his jail sentence.
