جواب: جو حالات چل رہے ہیں اِسمیں تو پرینہہ، پنچایت، جِرگہ بھی قبول ہے اِنکے ساتھ تو پھِر بھی لفظ "عدالت" آتا ہے، فوجی عدالت۔

جو آئین آپکو تحفظ نہ دے سکے اُسکے تحفظ کیلئے قربانی کیوں دی جائے۔ قانون سازی معاشروں میں ہمہ نوع اقسام کے توازن برقرار رکھنے کیلئے ہوتی ہے۔ اُن میں ترمیم کی لچک اور گنجائش ہی اِس امر کی دلیل ہے کہ اِس میں کہیں نہ کہیں جھول، سُقم کا امکان ہے۔

We want speedy justice regardless of the nature of the courts. It is ridiculous to see unsettled cases which are processed for such a long period. One way or other way, justice need to be done quickly. However the terrorists should not be given unnecessary time to waste the time of the courts. The actual matter is 'Justice' that's all.

A big NO..... Why not improve our judicial system and get speedy justice from normal courts. IMHO, if military courts are so good and the best solution then let us model our judicial system on military court system, but one cannot allow "YES MEN" deciding important legal and civil petitions. Military courts mean that we do not want to give a fair chance to the nominated culprits and hang them as soon as possible.

We have been given a chance in last 6.5 democratic years to strengthen institutions. including judiciary.

When democrats failed miserably they had to come forward to force this.

So it not about we like it or not. This has to be done.

Once again zardari got sawat operation done with parliament support while this thickhead NS let army took control.
