Bloody hell , this is huge. how on earth they will manage to pay such huge amount -------- my suggestion they should get a loan from IMF , thats the only possible solution.

10,000 is nothing. They would happily pay that fine and continue as an MPA

My neighbour who is is farmer, paid 120,000 fine for damaging the neighbour crops. So the fine for MPA is another joke of the century.
