PMLN MNA's Son beat traffic Sargent in Multan!

According to yesterday's Hasb-e-Haal a PMLN's son has beaten a Traffic Sargent in Multan 3 weeks ago.
Why?
Because he booked (did Chalaan) one of his friend.
No action taken yet by anyone.
Can someone verify if it is true?
And if it is true, then it is ok. Because thats normal in Pakistan. Who cares?
