Just watch the majority of talk shows in the last few weeks - It's already been established as a fact that there was massive rigging, especially in Lahore/Punjab. Noon's stupid reaction also reflects it. But I don't think that it'll result in any major changes.
These scum-of-the-land will keep ruling until the end of their tenure (unless they do some other massive blunder) and there will be no changes made to the electoral process/system. I do want to be wishful that Imran Khan's efforts will bear fruit, but considering Pakistan's and Pakistanis' history it's not looking statistically probable.
