• after 18th amendment,provinces allowed to generate power. Kpk shud b given complete control of generation/transmission/distribution.so there cud b a healthy competition of prices/loadshedding/quality distribution among provinces. If pti will fail, it wil b exposed.

oh my god that mean government already accepted that they are unable to run such departments ... They already showed that they are illegible to run government departments .... Patwari can't understand that its big failure of government that they are unable to run institutes, as pti mentioned that if government are unable to run any department handover to them and they will show them how to run it ... Its bloody big government failure ...

Production has already been awarded to Provinces under 18th Amendments... this time it is Distribution and Billing as well exclusively for KPK... I see Kalabagh Dam in the making too if this happens.

but whats the fault of azad kashmir that it does not get control of its electricity generation?whats the fault of balochistan that it does not get sui gas total control.whats the fault of punjab thats not even allowed to make a single dam named kalabagh just because its located inside punjab territory and by making it punjab may get free of blackmail of other provinces?

How many times have PML-N and PPP and mqm failed and how much they have been exposed Mr. Noorani. I agree that if PTI fails it will be exposed as NOT perfect but what about the mere fact that PML-N has handed PESCO over to PTI what does it mean for PML-N that it is exposed?
