By the way Metros are poorly planned e.g. in twin cities it just cover one route and lucky are those who have home and working place near the metro.
Easily network of good transportation could have planned in same amount.

Remember on first day of Lahore Metro? it was a free ride and public was treating it like personal Bus, they took many turns from first stop to last and didnot step out it was like a picnic .... "bay sharam admi tumhare baap ka paisa ha". this nation doesnot deserve a free ride.

Give them good transportation before withdrawing subsidy.
Plan a affordable transportation system replace it with metro and subsidy will be drawn automatically.

Then why PTI built it in KPK and that too in more than 70 Billion rupees. If PML(N) can do with corruption in 30 billion then how PTI is building in 70 Billion without corruption.

Then why PTI built it in KPK and that too in more than 70 Billion rupees. If PML(N) can do with corruption in 30 billion then how PTI is building in 70 Billion without corruption.

It's not subsidized from day 1. Second it'll recover construction cost within 5yrs. Third it's planned to be profitable. Study PC1 of Peshawer BRT on ADB's website to check financial feasibility if you haven't done ever! I am assuming you are educated enough to read Financial Valuations.

On the other hand, showbaz's metros were planned to run on losses from day one and never recover investment!!

Only if Patwaris were educated they would have realized how mercilessly ganjay looted them and trust me i have zero doubt that they would have burned them alive with their own hands!!

I mostly agree with what you are saying but sugar is more damaging to health than smoking and must not be subsidised but instead taxes should be imposed on sugar. It causes a lot more diseases which in return put pressure on hospitals and also financial pressure on the patients.
