The problem is it’s PPP government in Sindh they have the budget and control of Karachi

They do but water and waste can be taken care of by the federal govt. Water especially is under federal control so they have to do something in that regard no excuses. Karachi has trusted them, they shud atleast solve these problems of karachi if they want karachis support in next elections
