No where in the world a parliament or an elected chamber can unseat an elected member unless he/she is accused of breach of confidence? In the British parliament and I am sure that it applies the same in USA where an elected member can not be unseated on a vote of confidence in the House of Commons by other parliamentarians or members of Senate or congress.

A MP can only be unseated on the charges of misconduct, breach of confidence, performance of duties and constituents dissatisfaction with performance in their constituency. It is only the Party leader who can put pressure upon the MP with the support of his MPS’ in the parliament to either voluntarily resign from his seat or expelled from the party.

It would be unconstitutional to unseat members of parliament on demand of other parliamentarian as it is being demanded by many PMN-L MPs to unseat PTI fellow members of the house.

It would confirm my opinion that one of the hidden motives of Judicial Commission verdict exonerating PML-N against vote rigging and manipulating allegations was an attempt by PML-N to unseat PTI members from the parliament.

I think PTI should let them do that rather than going through humiliation. Next contest should be on the streets.

اگر تحریک انصاف میں ذرا سی بھی حمیت باقی ہے تو عدالت میں جائیں اور کہیں کہ ہم نے استعفے دئے تھے انہیں قبول کیا جائے
اور ہم اس "جعلی، دو نمبر، گھٹیا، بے ہودہ" پارلیمینٹ میں داخل ہی نہیں ہونگے، کیونکہ ہم انہیں مانتے ہی نہیں
لیکن تحریک انصاف والوں میں اتنی غیرت ہوتی تو وہ تحریک انصاف میں ہوتے؟
کل ایک بار پھر ان کی زبانیں ایاز صادق صاحب کو "جناب سپیکر۔۔جناب سپیکر" کہتے نہ تھک رہی تھیں​

Did they not Submit resignations?

Did they had right not to accept resignations?

Javed Hashmi went out only on that principle otherwise he would be sitting there too?

We want PTI to be de seated then we will see how Nawaz Government can remain in power. Also put article 6 on Gen Pasha and Gen Zaheer if you people have b*a*l*l*s.

as well as a new precedence will be set in democratic history of Pakistan ..... The Majority of Parliament will always vote out the opposition out of Parliament!

The same principle will be used against MQM in near future and against PML N and PPP after 2018 elections!

PMLn has nothing to do with de seating PTI. It is law that any memeber who is absent for more than 40 days will be deseated. MQM and JUIf wants to do voting on this and under law pmln can not stop them.

PMLn will save PTI from deseating and I don't think government wants any voting on this but if it ever happened then pmln will vote for PTI to save them.

i think we should look at fact first rather than coming up with 35 punctures like stories which has no basis. If PMLn wanted to deseat PTI then speaker would have accepted their resignation long time ago.

PML N dont have guts to do that and take that step to unseats PTI, if they do then its going to be alot more good things for pakistanis, for sure, PML n business of corruption will be ended if they do that, PTI already have given the resignations when they were on sit in, but this fake parliament didn't accepted, reason is already mentioned above, they are just saving there own butts, nothing else,

Law was violated a year ago .......... and those who did not deseated PTI also violated law and even payed them salaries

So the Government also violated law ........... and those who violates law are illegible to sit in parliament by law!

Let them set a good precedence for future!

But here is a different problem ......... Instead of deseating the PTI MNAs , Speaker let them to sit in Parliament for a year!

A person who is not illegible to sit in parliament cannot enter Parliament..... Then what was PTI doing in Parliament for a year?
