brave move if they can implement then yes there will be a big diffidence as oversees people has seen some thing more then the common people living in back country so they have better vision ... it,s just my idea u don,t have to be agree with it :)

I wonder if they will give the right of vote to Mansoor Ijaz...a so called "overseas Pakistan" who claims his loyalty is to Amreeka not Pakistan.
