Sure it is. But look at the man behind, who has shown his capabilities not in cricket team but in hospital and now an educational institution.
He will have to build a team around him and I am sure he will have no difficulty in crossing any bridges when he reaches there.
MQM build up team which was from within a community, this task will be much harder for IK he will have all communities in his team but then success will be enormous.

I will make no further comment if this thread reamins active, as you guys are having a good debate, keep it up.

I just figured out what 'pedawar' is. Its actually supposed to be 'PAIDAWER' meaning creation. yeani PAI DA WER... the spelling threw me off... now I know :D

It is difficult for normal people but you MQM lot, being so used to these kind of things can easily do it
