Part II: Maryam Nawaz - Life saving Medical unit in jail. ..... Such facilities should be provided in Adyala Jail only!

Part I

After their money laundry conviction, the duo of father and daughter traveled from Islamabad to Lahore roaring what they would do to the system that convicted them. And as always, when they looked back there was nobody there to support them and their cronies didn't gather enough people to look at their crocodile tears. At times they have to wait for enough people to show up so that they could deliver their fiery speeches.

And then reality sunk in and they ended up in jail. Unfortunately, a technicality released them but soon father was in jail. Though the daughter was part of the plot Pakistani courts went lenient on her as being a woman. Don't know why there was any leniency for gender for a crime against the whole nation.


Part II

The first time, when father and daughter were put in Adyala jail they realized what jail is and the second time they made enough noise that government ended up sending them to the jail of Nawaz Sharif' choice in Lahore. Since he made it there it has been nothing but a drama. Since his lawyers couldn't find any other quirk in the system he is portrayed as sick; in fact very sick. Interestingly, this sick man doesn't want to be treated in the jail, or in any Pakistani hospital, or by any doctor in Pakistan. He wanted to be treated only in the UK, where he has stuffed all his riches. And there are many out there who owe him favors and have joined the choir.

And the latest in series of comics is that a medical unit is provided - only for this criminal - in the jail. If the government yields to his demand then it must have senses to provide any such facility in Adyala jail only. After all, a convict can't choose where he/she should be jailed and what facilities should be provided to them. If these criminals are always going to have their way then what is the point to keep them in jail? A jail should be jail and inmates should be provided facilities per Pakistan penal code.

پھر یہ اپنے کفن میں جیبیں ڈھونڈتا پھرے گا اور چیختا رہے گا

تو بنا دینے تھے نہ کوئی ہسپتال جن میں جاکر مرتے۔ مرنا تو باہر جاکر بھی ہے چاہے دنیا کے کسی کونے سے حکمت کی پڑیا کھا لو۔
ہسپتال چھوڑو یہاں صفائی تک تو کروا نہیں سکے تیس سالوں میں اور کہتے ہیں ہمیں پھر ووٹ دو۔ اگر یہ گندگی' آلودگی' کرپشن' قتل عام اور بے حسی ہی ہمارا مقدر ہے تو اس کا کچھ مزا آپ بھی چکیں تاکہ آپ کو پتا چلے کہ غریب کا درد ہوتا کیا ہے۔
بلکہ میرا خیال ہے کہ ابھی میاں صاحب کے ساتھ تو نانصافی ہوئی ہی نہیں۔ اتنا خیال کسی عام قیدی کا نہیں رکھا جاتا جتنا کہ ان کا رکھا جارہا ہے۔ حکومت تو پہلے ہی اپنے دفاع میں لگی ہوئی ہے کہ کہیں علاج میں کوئی کمی نہ رہ جائے جبکہ میاں صاحب بزد ہیں کہ میرا علاج بیرون ملک میں ہو۔
یہ کوئی اور ملک ہوتا تو اس بیان پر میاں صاحب تو کیا ان کی ہمائیت کرنے والے بھی انجام سے دو چار ہوتے مگر یہاں ان کی ہمت دیکھو۔
او میاں صاحب اگر جیل قبول کی ہے تو پوری طرح قبول کریں۔ کیا بجپنا ہے یہ۔ ہم بھول جائیں آپ کے اتنے بڑے بڑے کھانچے۔ بھول جائینگے اگر تیس بلین روپے حکومت کے خزانے میں جمع کروادیں حلانکہ کہ آپ سے تیس بلین ڈالر لینے چاہیں۔ اگر حکومت پر اعتبار نہیں ہے تو عوام میں تقسیم کردیں اور جاتے جاتے اپنے گناہ کا کچھ کفارا ادا کردیں۔ مگر آپ کو توفیق ہیں نہیں ہوگی کیونکہ اپ نے اس لوٹے ہوئے عوام کے پیسے سے عوام کے ہی ووٹ خریدنے ہیں۔
آخری بات' عوام کی جو حالت آپ نے تیس سالوں میں کردی ہے' اسکے بعد آپ کسی حمدردی کے لائق نہیں ہیں اسلیے جو علاج ہورہا ہے اسی پر اقتفادا کریں ورنہ جہنم میں سڑیں۔

اس کا خیال ہے کہ ملک الموت کو شائد انگلینڈ کا ویزہ رجیکٹ ہو جائے اور یہ انگلینڈ میں ساری زندگی چین اور روس کی بانسری بجاتا رہے گا​
