If you read the article then you will know that, that is ALSO not the Right picture. :biggthumpup:

It mentions the Serial Number of the Aircraft as "2P01" but when you look at the picture of the aircraft and pay attention to the "Tail" you will clearly see that the Serial Number of that aircraft is "2P02"

From my source there are different variants and possibly a stealth Variant to the Block II as well. This picture is a "CONCEPT" for the stealth model.

They are not just working on one block II, they are far ahead than you think and already have bunch of them in flight testing. So if 2P01 is the first as it says on the article it went testing back in Feb, so 2P02 and 2P03 must be the second and the 3rd. So I guess this is the real Block II.
What you are talking about could be the Block III or an advance version of Block II or block III, but it would be a completely different plane than they are testing right now and probably would take much longer as it would require a design reconstruction with 2 vertical wings. I doubt they have any such aircraft in flight testing at this moment.

Your assessment is right. Because the article does mention that Block III will have "structural changes". So yes, this does seem like the Block II's that went through flight testing and the Block III's or some other new aircraft will probably we coming out later..
