Can individual news channels, sports programe, sports editions of leading national dailies set up panels of experts that can submit an appraisal if the squad's member were selected on merit, how did they perform and what lessons were learnt to improve their performance since the last Asian Games in 2006? Until those representing Pakistan abroad are exposed to responsibility and accountability it will remain difficult for the nation to establish its pride in the arena of sports diplomacy.
