Steel Mill is becoming a burden on economy...............The problem is how to solve this issue.....................You have to pay to employees no matter what happens.....................even they work or not.....................secondly courts undue interference to protect government employees is another big problem by which administrators loose their strength and capabilities.................

My suggestion would be to sell or lease steel mill to private sector with an option to retain some good employees................Government can pay all employees with a golden hand shake and pension to avoid any further loses......................Money earned by lease or sale should be used to pay pensions and other expenditures......................Also if steel mill is started, burden on foreign reserves will ease a bit..............As far as I think, we can save 500 Million USD in terms of foreign resrves......................Also we can earn in terms of tax revenue as well....................
