job well done.Put the honest man as head of every institution , govt deptt and make them responsible for corruption then you see the money going in the pockets of corrupt officials will be going rather in govt treasury. maximum 25 ministers. This way honesty will prevail.If head of the govt is honest which i believe will be then no problem.
