Military as a defense force is here to stay and no Pakistani in its sane mind can deny this. Political role of Establishment did not happen over night and sure will not erode over night not atleast through the hands that were raised by GHQ itself. I dnt see any tehreek brewing on streets any time soon not until 2028 atleast because general public realizes this.

A guy like Obama could not shut down Guantanamo Bay in 8 years of powerful Presidency even though it was his campaign promise. Why? because American Establishment opposed it.
