Every mega project should be started right now rather than waiting for it for another 5 years and then saying that the project was decided in 2013 and now starting in 2018, and the same news appearing in 2023.

I have tried all my life to be smart enough to do the work I was to do, but I encountered hard ships and hurdles created by nincompoops as they dwell on those things to get ahead by force, than by the virtue of their brilliance, so they when become leader do it to survive and causing loss of genius people and genius ideas., they have no smarts, no ingenuity, no imaginations, just control by killing, by anger and by keeping silent, and that is why Pakistan is what it is today.
If Pakistan want to progress than it need to employ the smart ones, the genius ones and the experienced one and not yes-men, and the chamchas, and the violent ones.
