I think he is among the better people I have heard from Baluchistan
It is confusing. Raisaani sahib resigned from party and senate because he is disappointed by the performance of his previous party and current government and then he talks about "Secret forces" Why he does not name them clearly and if he understands the system then he should be able to give a clear idea.
If the government does not obey the law and rulings of the Supreme court then who is responsible? I am sure it will be blamed on "The establishment" or "Punjabi establishment" in near future.
Bhutto sahib ordered a military operation in Baluchistan, but Raisaani sahib conveniently forgot or chose to ignore that, why? Why don't the anchor persons bring this out for discussion? is there a covert understanding?

Easy to give excuses for whatever one believes in.
Load shedding Punjab, Sindh aur KPK mein to naheen hoti? Target killing Punjab, Sindh aur KPK mein naheen hoti?
Unemployment Punjab,Sindh aur KPK mein naheen hai? He is leveling allegations but does not give proof for anything.
He seems to be weaving a tale targeting some specific targets.

^^ I don't think there is any doubt that Baloch suffer a lot more than people from other provinces.
What he failed to point out was that unemployment, power shortage, roti, kapra, makan has been taken away from EVERYONE in Pakistan and not just Balochistan so he should talking about a common problem. Missing people problem is surely unique to Balochistan and i totally agree with Raisani there.
Anyway, it doesn't look like he is joining PTI anytime soon. Maybe he would wait till the end of jalsa on 20th to see what Imran promises.
