Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's dominance: forestry

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has the third largest economy in Pakistan. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's share of Pakistan's GDP has historically comprised 10.5%, although the province accounts for 11.9% of Pakistan's total population. The part of the economy that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa dominates is forestry, where its share has historically ranged from a low of 34.9% to a high of 81%, giving an average of 61.56%.[SUP][23][/SUP] Currently, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa accounts for 10% of Pakistan's GDP,[SUP][24][/SUP] 20% of Pakistan's mining output[SUP][25][/SUP] and, since 1972, it has seen its economy grow in size by 3.6 times.[SUP][26][/SUP] It has the second poorest economy after Balochistan.
After suffering for decades due to the fallout of the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan, today they are again are being targeted for a different situation of terrorism.[SUP][citation needed][/SUP]
Agriculture remains important and the main cash crops include wheat, maize, tobacco (in Swabi), rice, sugar beets, as well as fruits are grown in the province.
Some manufacturing and high tech investments in Peshawar has helped improve job prospects for many locals, while trade in the province involves nearly every product. The bazaars in the province are renowned throughout Pakistan. Unemployment has been reduced due to establishment of industrial zones.
Workshops throughout the province support the manufacture of small arms and weapons. The province accounts for at least 78% of the marble production in Pakistan.[SUP][27]

Great job.....

Remember, this is the province we should focus on for this term of PTI.

It should provide an example to rest of Pakistan for governance, education, and law & order.

How lucky one should be to live in such a beautiful place and
now under the auspices of the JUSTICE PARTY!!!!

yes stop giving ideas when you smarts give mathematical reason then the bulb goes on in Noora brain and they start thinking about it otherwise they cannot so keep all mathematical calculation for your party only or they wil change the ballot again or just may destroy it, so secret is better in your chest and use it for your favour

for eg they never thought that blindly stamping will make the ballot over 300% they were just excited and did this blunder as assignment was given to idiot teachers and police they recruited.....If they say that they are ready to re election in certain polling station, refuse and say no it will be all the hulqa and all those votes will be cancelled based on thumb impression who rigged, all polling staf go to jail, all police who took part terminated

PTI will most likely assume KPK provincial office soon, and I have a practical suggestion for consideration, from PTI's vision plans.Provinces have power to build hydel power projects, and seeking funds for such projects. Pakistan's three largest ROR hydel project sites are located inside KPK.
These sites have a combined capacity of about 10000 MW.
Sites are as following:
1. Dasu
2. Thakot
3. Pattan
Expat Pakistanis have a good faith in PTI's leadership, and they can be contacted for investing in a fund to build these three mega projects. I am sure no other provincial govt can beat PTI in such an investment race.
projects can be built one by one, or simultaneously, depending upon the circumstances.

What you mentioned should be the 2030 vision for KPK. The need of the hour is small renewable energy projects that can create at least 60% of the demand in terms of electricity for KPK, and they will be operational quickly as well; Remember, the bigger the project, the longer it will take. This will translate to lower electricity cost and guaranteed electricity for industrial parks. Industrial parks see managed load shedding, e.g. Industrial Park (IP) #1 will have no electricity on Sunday, IP#2 will have none on Monday, IP#3 will have none on Thursday etc.

Secondly, peace should be brought back to the region through short-term and long-term action plans.

Short term solutions are the ones like Rental power plants with 30 rupees per kwh electricity. Mangla dam took 2 years to build, and these projects will take 3-4 years at most and cost less than a rupee for kwh.

I beg to disagree. There are a total of 67 sites that can produce electricity in excess of 400MW across KPK and are hydel. Now these sites range from 8MW to 40MW, are small, easily constructed and have minimum impact on surrounding areas. We just need to reduce line losses and achieve a very good collection rate for electricity and we should be able to provide cheaper electricity in KPK compared to other provinces, since we will be utilizing renewable alternatives.

micro hydro plants are fine, but not enough. KPK govt needs to focus on both short and long term projects to generate income and fulfill national energy demand.
