Tarana e Hindi was written in 1904. (Sare Jahan se Accha)
and Tarana e Milli was written in 1910 after tour of Europe. (Chin o Arab hamaraa hindostaaN hamaara)

Feel the difference in Evolution of thinking if u can.

No difference, no evolution.... In 1904 he wrote for Indians (Hindus & Muslims) and his country India.

and in 1910 he wrote for Umma (not for Indian Muslims only).

He says Sara Jahan Hamara hai, it does not mean non Muslims have no right to have any country on this planet nor does it mean entire world should be a Muslim country.

It mostly alluding to the fact that Muslims can live in any country as Islam his/her religion
