This is a far fetched conspiracy theory. However, the level of cavalier and non-serious attitude of the Generals and their puppet politicians gives the feeling that they have already cut a backdoor deal - possibly even before the Pahalgam attack. Also the continued crackdown on PTI also gives the impression that the generals are not worried about an all out war.

Modi has already gotten a boost in his sagging popularity in India. However on this side of the border, Asim Munir is still struggling to get a support from majority of the population because of the utter hate for him due to brazen stealing of PTI mandate and brutal crackdown on the party.
