My remark has got nothing to do with Sino-Pak friendship, it portrays the characterless and shameless pedigree of politicians sitting atop the helm of affiars in Pakistan. China sees a Pakistan tugging Americas war , letting it bomb its own people , interfere in its domestic politics, all of which is completely against Chinese character & makes China very disappointed in its neighbor. Its like having your very close friend getting hooked on heroine and no matter how much you try , you cannot get him back on track.
China is perhaps the only country which truly sees Pakistans potential (of human capital and natural resources) in a positive way. But knows that the rampant corruption is wasting its efforts of help. It desperately likes to see a Pakistan with Self Esteem and sovereignty over its matters, until that happens it will merely remain an affair of business between the two countries...and this namesake of friendship will only be there because China is a enemy of our enemy and vice versa ..... Friendships grows and sustains the test of time not between equals but between the equal minded.
