Already people don't believe in courts and it is another effort to make fun of Anti Terrism Courts. If they will be used for political gains then how people will have any surety that these courts can solve their problems.

This is what our judiciary can do best. Arrest warrant for someone not in Pakistan.
Please accept the fact Altaf Hussain is daddy of all and all your time and efforts are futile, it will be better if they are invested in for some constructive work for helpless Pakistani people

i think we should not talk about the constitution, because no where the constitution states to arrest any guy for derogatory remarks?

where as the constitution which deseats those members absent for four months, not attending the assembly sessions strike a back door deal and find their way not only to the assemblies but receiving the illegal pay ;)

the judgement comes after 30+ years of Altaf being so called fugitive ;)

Altaf didn't escape, he went to UK through PIA, how did he become fugitive ;)

Its not about remarks he is not absconder by law , so according to constitution he should be capture and every single citizen of Pakistan should help govt. to get that person behind bar ... and if they don't do then they will become partner in crime ...
about 40 days i am 100% agree with that everyone who is absent from assembles should be kicked thats how our ppl will start to take assembly serious ... but u can't just chose and pick then :) ...
about the pay , bro if they get payed thats the reason ppl r saying they were absent :P if u don't give them pay then u can't claim they were absent :P so lets not go toward PAY :)
now plz help govt and police to arrest an absconder from LAW his name is Altaf hussain and he is currently leading MQM
