Projects are not bad, it is the implementation of it that we criticize.. Most Expensive Metro of the world yet it had cracks, roads are now broken at points. Concrete is falling which has already killed people and are unsafe, and the rest of the nation has to pay for the luxurious ride of the people of just one or 2 cities(5 billion dollar yearly subsidy of which half is provided by the Federal government). The rent should entirely be given by the person who is ridding it, it's already cheaper for a luxurious ride, then why making it more cheaper at the cost of other tax payers money? It will be fair If Pakistan was a rich nation but not fair for a poor nation. And we know that this subsidy will be burdened on the nation in case of other taxes..
Above all their whole priority is on such projects ignoring health, police, education and other departments and keeping them their slaves to do their work...
