DG ISI should't need to take permission from any institution before starting any investigation on so much sensitive issue. If our countrys law says against it then there is a need to do some more amendments in it. Because intelligence agencies should be allowed to move freely and secretly for better results of investigation. If ISI head will take permission from Govt. To start ivestigation against present Govt then what we think, will Govt allow him to do that? And secondly after sharing this information with guilty Govt will make them aware of the situation and it will allow them to be prepare better against that investigation....
