I don't blame the military alone for the ills of the country and the crises that we face today. Everyone has contributed to this mess that we find ourselves in BUT absolving the military of all mistakes and blaming their misdeeds on certain individual is not fair either. Its the institution of the army that these adventurists draw their strength from - case in point look at what happened to Musharraf right after he took off his uniform.
You are right that we can't blame the judiciary for wrong decisions taken by CJ - but thats the problem with us that we see personalities instead of institutions. If our institutions are strong and systems and procedures are in place then even intentional wrongdoing by the CJ will be checked and he SHOULD face the consequences of his actions. There is a reason that nothing arbitrary happens in the judicial system and processes - there are detailed judgments explaining their verdicts and most decisions are decided by "benches" and not arbitrarily by the CJ or one person. Plus they have to justify their reasoning and the factors that led them to rule the way they did. Then supposedly there is supreme judicial comission that can sort of impeach CJ or the judges for any misconduct. I dont think that there is a process in place in the military and specially for the military dictators to check their unlimited and unfettered powers.

You're right that there should be accountability but this is where society as a whole fails so you can't blame army alone. Also you cannot blame judiciary tomorrow for wrong decisions made by CJ today.
