It actually very easy to do that. He might have shared that topless picture with a friend which could be reused . Here is the link to the site where you can do this stuff http://www.fakewhats.com/generator i played around with it for twenty minutes and perfected it it allows you to add any picture, use any network , battery limit just play with it for a bit and you would know. The only it can be proven with authority is through forensics so unless these women charge him there is no point in smearing him

I'm not sure why people are being so naive. If the WhatsApp/Facebook messages screenshots are the only pieces of evidence we should not believe it unless it is forensically audited by some IT expert. Otherwise, it is very easy to generate fake conversation screenshots and you don't even need photoshop for this stunt.
