Thanks Talat nice discussion.I endorse the views of justice(R) madam rizvi and mr.Anis ahmad.Islam preaches tolerence ,kindness and compassion but do we see it these days,i say not at all. These words are only verbal but not in practical. My main concern for 295C was that it was being misused 99% for personel vendetta so just to avoid its misuse,law should be given a reading ,dont change it but make sure that the person who is using it for personel revenge will also pay the price at the end if charges proven false but our religous ulemas dont want to even talk about it whereas a human life is on line.For my personel views ,religous people start calling me liberal,secular and *****.I am sunni muslim and also by the grace of God almighty have lots of respect for our prophet Mohammad (PBUH) but nothing wrong to have a hearing to clear any misgivings about it,specially its misuse.
