Well done Talat. Please do one thing for all the times to come "YOU ARE A SYED SO PLEASE ALWAYS KEEP THIS IN MIND". You are doing exactly what a SYED should do. May Allah bless you. Meanwhile, my brother its not difficult to understand what exactly happened. Arsalan did a business in which he was getting money like anything and he was thinking that he can spend as much as he can. But this poor guy forget that why only his company is getting benefit and why he is successful to supply building material to big companies like Bahria. Arsalan forgot his actual position (auqat) and he spent money like anything. He forgot that his businessman friends / helpers / guiders are trapping him and they want him to do something else. Malik Riaz made full plan and the only objective was to blackmail CHIEF JUSTICE as and when he will get instructions from somewhere. But CJ's suo moto put Malik Riaz on back foot. Don't think that CJ is on week wicket because MALIK RIAZ himself said that he paid money to buy justice (relief) but he did't get any relief despite the fact that he was promised by Arsalan. It prooves that he is also guilty. So SUPREME COURT will put Arsalan behind the bar but let me tell you Malik Riaz will also go behind the bar as well. We all are waiting for that day when such people will get the real treatment from Supreme Court. I don't know why we people don't read our own muslim history. You already heard about Hazrat Umar but let me tell you about Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique, his son was on the other side in Ghadwae Badr. Later on when he bacame muslim and one day his said Baba aap mairay talwar kay neechay 2 bar aya thay magar main nay aap par war nahi kia to Hazrat Abu Bakar Siddique nay bola baita Allah ki qasam to agar mairi talwar kay neechay 1 baar be a gata to main taira sar kaat daita. So don't worry Chief Justice and Supreme will obviously punish Arsalan but we have to see if they give same punishment to Thaikar Malik Riaz as well or not.

Whole saga of Arsalan has provided the opportunity to scruitinize Riaz Malik's stature/phenomenon becoming larger than state. What integrity of state functionaries is left behind? How we have reached this level when he openly admitts he couldn't have his way even after bribing so heavily. Why don't we ask the question crime started with his behaviour? He has been thwarting the writ and authority of state by buying president, prime minister, generals, bureaucrats, lawyers, media owners, journalists etc. How dare CJ put him down inspite his son being rewarded so decently? Why he didn't use sting against all those mentioned earlier? I am totally convinced that he cab be charged and tried successfully under "Crime against state"

I am foreign resident and citizen. MrTalat of Dawn has ver clear legal perspective and wish he should file a case for committing treason.
