Barrister saif was absolutely right and in many programs it is proved that 7 judges did not assemble to paas that order coz Justice Bhagwan das wrote the date 5th nov on that....That CJ and CO wrote that order and asked judges to sign.....That is not way to pass the order.....Why the other judges still in supreme court committing the same are not punished why only few selected.....When CJ took oath under PCO it was legal coz it was beneficial for him and on Nov 3 he was losing his seat so it is illegal........This contempt note hearing had to be done with unbiased people rather than this case was held by judges who were direct affectees like CJ on Nov 3...How can you expect from them that they will give logical decision.....What a joke in judiciary
