Maulana Shawkat Niazi, a close ally of ZABhutto, during election campaign, went to Heera Mandi.

While at the thresh hold of the Mandi, a man approached the maulana and complained that the woman have raised their rates and the local men could not afford them any longer.

Since Maulana was on a vote mission he got huffed and puffed and promised the man he would do something to bring down the rate. He enters the Mandi and all women gathered to hear him say few words about upcoming elections.

He continued with his speech and concluded this way:

مولانا: عورتو ! ہمیں شکایات ملی ہیں ک تم لوگوں نے کافی قیمت بڑھا دی ہے
عورتیں : حضور ! اپ لوگوں نے بھی قیمتیں بوڑھا دی ہیں ؟؟

مولانا نارا ضگی میں آگ بگولا ہو گیے اور صادر فرمایا

ارے کمبختو ! دام کم کرو ورنہ میں پی پی پی کی عورتیں لاکر یہاں بیٹھا دونگا
