I cannot find any details of this match. The only matches played by Nawaz Shareef (ESPN) was BCCP champions trophy played on 10/12/1973 in which he played for Railways against PIA and scored a duck.

The PCB home page shows another one day match played on 7/10/1987 for reliance cup in a warm up match representing Lahore Gymkhana against England - he scored 1 run
