Nawaz and Altaf meeting in London! Is it true?

Just needed to confirm if it is true as mentioned in this talkshow Hasb-e-Hal, that Nawaz and Altaf are meeting?
It is in the last ten minutes of this talk show that it say that.

You shouldn't meet this back stabber at the cost of Zardari's friendship. So far Zardari's PPP is behaving good with Karachi and Hyderabad.

Just a little correction i.e This is rule No.1 of Politics.
Afterall MQM also embraced PPP after what Naseerullah Babar did to them..
So nothing is final in politics and any strange things can happen.
Its a pity that we don't have honest people in politics. All are same. They will all get together for the sake of "mutual interest" and will call it "national interest".

MQM refutes reports about Nawaz-Altaf meeting in London

KARACHI: There has been no meeting held between PML (N) president Mian Mohammed Nawaz Sharif and MQM leader Altaf Hussian in London.
This was stated by MQMs coordination committee member, Mustafa Azizabadi while talking to the journalists from London. He said that even PML (N) has not given any offer for any kind of talks. Mustafa refuted all the reports that appeared in a section of press and termed them baseless and unfounded. He said that Altaf Bhai has already said in a TV interview that if the PML(N) is prepared to change its stance about Muttahida then the doors for dialogue are open.
Mustafa was again asked that whether there are any chances of a meeting between the two leaders, he said that till date No.
Mustafa said that it is sad that such reports appear without confirmation from the party.
He, however, said that the MQMs coordination committee, arrived from Karachi headed by Sindh Governor Dr Ishrtaul Ibad Khan, is busy in holding talks and the agenda would be the present political situation specially the operation continued in Swat and Malakand against Taliban.
