In the last 10 years of that dictator 25 billion dollars came to pakistan. That was that bloody money you are talking about. The hard earned money of pakistanis abroad. And that sucker did not even bothered to get any big power project or take care of energy crisis. Why would he? these suckers know they have life of 10-12 years so they never bothered.
