Lets see the latest drama of Altaf. Below is the letter, which he published in media addressed to Chief Justice of Pakistan. He asked him to take suo-moto action against the loan defaulters. He praised his struggle for the provision of justice to the peoples, independence of Judiciary, combat corruption and against the dictatorial actions of the rulers.

Qazi Hussain Ahmed the then Ameer of Jamat e Islami and Munawwar Hassan the current Ameer of Jamat e Islami took part in Elections from Karachi and both Contested for the National Assembly Seats.

This was the time when the Brave People of Karachi shows their Loyalty to MQM and Altaf Hussain and Spit on the Munafiq face of Jamat e Ismai.

Here is what both of them get from Karachi

Qazi Hussain contested from NA-191 and got 8,452 votes and Lost.

Munawwar Hassan contested from NA-193 and got only 8,550 votes and lost as well.

The percentage of votes they got from their constituencies are merely 2-3% votes, mind it no MQM in the field, Army on the streets of Karachi doing operation against MQM on the charges of Jinnah Pur and Jamati Munafiqs lost the elections and their Ameer and Secretary General both got only 2-3 % votes.

So the people who blame MQM especially outsiders who dont live in Karachi and Jamat e Islami mouth Piece on internet, can tell us why people rejected the Jamat e Islami and didnt vote for them when there was no rigging and no MQM contesting the Elections?

I Salute Brave people of Karachi who spit the Munafiqs on the face in 1993 Elections and shows the world that people of Karachi Hate Jamat e Islami who signed the Notorious Quota System that causes the Financial Massacre for the Urban Sindh People

Lets suppose MQM was not involved in the killing of innocent peoples in Karachi on 12th May, 2007. But see the speech of the Master and patron of MQM, Musharraf on the 12th May after the brutal killing of innocent peoples. In his speech Musharraf said the peoples of Karachi demonstrated their strength and support today. It is clear cut evidence, how MQM was used by its Master, Musharraf and agencies to crush the Lawyer movement and to continue the dictatorial regime of their Master Musharraf and MQMs creator Agencies. Musharraf also defended MQMs action by saying that if a really passed through MQMs supporters area, their popularity is at the task and in this way he justified MQM action.

The other evidence of the involvement of MQM is that when the Sindh High Court initiated the enquiry of the evidence by Judges, MQM stopped the enquiry by surrounding the High Court and disrupted the process.

I am sure that after the fall of MQM/ PPP regime in Sindh an independent enquiry by the Judiciary will be held and culprit and agents of Establishment i.e. MQM should be exposed and will be awarded punishment.

We should not forget any crime committed against humanity and as such the criminals of MQM involved in May 12th, 2007 incident should be brought to the award due punishment in accordance to law, in order to avoid further occurrence of such incidents.


Now Altaf is supporting Zardari to get share in his corruption. The shares is being given to Altaf by frequent visits to London by the Zardari close partner Rahman Malik

As far as the convergence of the parliament is concerned, it can be visualized by comparing both Musharraf and Zardari era. In Musharraf era, the parliament even did not know about who will be prime minister and everything was ordered by the Musharraf and they only acted as rubber stamp parliament.
The same situation is I the Zardari era, where not even the party parliamentarian but the cabinet did not know what is going on. The example of the recent introduction of Petroleum development levy ordinance, which Zardari issued on the so-called advice of the Prime Minister, and in this context neither the parliament nor the cabinet was informed.
The role of MQM and Altaf is also same as rubber stamp as they are only interested in their own wealth and interests and shown no concerns to the peoples problems.

Hope now no one even the paid agents of MQM will try to post any thing in support of real culprits, Altaf, establishment and others serving the privileged classes interests.

Let's see the current issue of peoples i.e. imposition of tax by the goverment on patrolum. MQM being the part of the goverment supported the privilliged classes proposal to burden further the poor peoples. It is a clear evidence to whom MQM belongs like other rulers. Now MQM and the privileged rulling elite termed it as the conflict of institutions.

It is not the conflict of institutions, but it is a conflict between the privileged classes who all the time exploited the nation and want to keep it continue the system of exploitation and between the Institution Supreme Court) which is the custodian of basic rights of the peoples granted by the constitution. some peoples termed it as the conflict between the Institutions Supreme court and parliament while the factual position is as under:

The legal position is that the the democratic countries governed under the constitution, only the constitution is supreme and the parliament is bound to act in accordance with the prevision of the constitution and no act / law can be passes which is in conflict with the provision of the constitution. The Supreme court is the Authority to define the constitution and to look into any act / law passed by the parliament and to declare such law / act null and void if it contrivance with the provision of the constitution.
