There is a point, CJ should have had called an SUMOTO action against this barbarian act.

But I think he has not taken any SUMOTO action against any barbaric action happened all over in Pakistan.

May be he is aware of elements who are active in this whole soup series and have already start working against initiators, who are in power and at this moment are untouchable.

I think he was reinstated on the condition of not taking any SUE MOTO action any more.

BTW, these SUE MOTO actins were the main cause between Musharaf and CJ and then CJ was sacked. This time CJ is careful, he only cares his job now ;) .
