Moulana Ishaq on Talaq - I have never heard this Fatwa from any Alim before

Its not right according to hanafi sect, if 3 talaq are said its already divorced!
Whether said in ine time or said over thousand years apart itsmdone deal.
Whether you do it on anger or while you joking !
Say talaq 3 time and game over, only option back is Halala.

And when you divorce women and they have fulfilled their term, do not prevent them from remarrying their [former] husbands if they agree among themselves on an acceptable basis. That is instructed to whoever of you believes in Allah and the Last Day. That is better for you and purer, and Allah knows and you know not.

Divorce is twice. Then, either keep [her] in an acceptable manner or release [her] with good treatment. And it is not lawful for you to take anything of what you have given them unless both fear that they will not be able to keep [within] the limits of Allah . But if you fear that they will not keep [within] the limits of Allah , then there is no blame upon either of them concerning that by which she ransoms herself. These are the limits of Allah , so do not transgress them. And whoever transgresses the limits of Allah - it is those who are the wrongdoers.

And if he has divorced her [for the third time], then she is not lawful to him afterward until [after] she marries a husband other than him. And if the latter husband divorces her [or dies], there is no blame upon the woman and her former husband for returning to each other if they think that they can keep [within] the limits of Allah . PLEASE SEE THE VIDEO YOU HAVE SHARED? It says clearly that Quran says that give one Talaq and then wait 3 months. Before Umar (RA) only one talaq was counted irrespective of how many times Talaq was said within 3 months. Even after 3 months they can get a new Nikah with new Mehar without halala. It will take at least 9 months and getting together after every three months and divorce again to require halala

1)shaadi aur talaaq sirf mard aur aurat ka aapas ka niji maamla nahin hai warna koi do insaan mard aur aurat kisi waqt bhi ikhate reh sakte aik joraa ban ker aur jab chahte judaa ho jaate. is main kisi ko dakhal hi na hota.
2)kyunkeh shaadi aur talaaq maashre ka masla hai lihaaza zaroori hai maashra in do afraad ke faisle se aagaah ho ya kiya jaaye ke ye shaadi shuda joraa hai ya in main talaaq ho gayee hai. agar ye maashre ka masla na hota to kisi ko shaadi ya talaaq ka bataane ki zaroorat hi na hoti.
3)agar shaadi ke liye gawahaan ki zaroorat hai to phir talaaq ke liye bhi gawahaan hi ki zaroorat hai ta keh baat maashre per waaze ho jaaye keh kon miyan biwi hen aur kon miyan biwi nahin rahe.
4)agar do insaanu main shaadi aik dafa ho to un ke darmiyaan talaaq aik se ziyaada martaba kaise ho sakti hai? is liye keh shaadi ka matlab hai do logoon ko aapas main baandhna aur talaaq ka matlab dono ko judaa judaa karna. aik dafa baandha hai to aik hi difaa khol sakte ho na keh aik dafa baandh ker baar baar khol sakte ho. issi liye aik se ziyaada martaba talaaq aik martaba shaadi ke baad mumkin hi nahin hai.
5)talaaq dene ka saheeh tareeqa yahee hai jab kisi wajah se nobat talaq tak pohnch hi jaaye aur kisi soorat raazinaama na ho sake to phir talaaq di ya li jaa sakti hai. is ka aik saheeh tareeqa ya procedure hai. woh ye keh miyan biwi aapas main elaadagi ikhtiyaar ker len. is ke baad teen mah tak woh log agar ruke rahen to phir ye maloom ho jaaye ga biwi bache se hai ya nahin. issi doraan agar un ka zehn badal jaaye yani woh talaaq ke stage se na guzren to talaaq ka procedure trigger hi nahin ho ga. laikin agar woh talaaq ka procedure trigger ker den and talaaq ki stage se guizar jaayen to talaaq ho jaaye gi.
6)pehli talaaq ke baad dono afraad azaad hen jisse chahen shaadi ker len ya baithe rahen shaadi karen hi nahin ye un ki apni marzi hai. agar woh chahen to phir aik doosre se bhi woh dobaara shaadi ker sakte hen is main koi rukaawat nahin hai. haan agar dobaara wohee soorte haal peda ho jaaye talaaq ki to phir procedure wohee ho ga. albatta ye doosri martaba talaaq ho gi.
7)doosri martaba talaaq ka maamla bhi pehli talaaq hi ki tarah hai. yani is ke baad dono jisse chahen shaadi karen ya phir aik doosre se shaadi ker len. haan ab agar teesri martaba shaadi ke baad phir talaaq ho gayee to ab in ka nikaah kisi aur se to ho sakta hai magar ye log aapas main shaadi nahin ker sakte. albatta agar aurat kisi se shaadi ker le aur woh isse talaaq de de to phir ye aurat apne pehle khaanwand se phir nikaah ker sakti hai agar woh raazi ho. is ke baad phir agar dono main talaaq ho jaaye to ye un ke darmiyaan pehli talaaq ho gi. albatta aisa karna deen ke saath khilwaad kerne ke baraabar hai.
