A Punjabi Chief Minister who is racist too (Shahbaz Sharif) is more powerful than Sindhi president keeping in view proximity of Capital to Punjab plus bureacracy's ethnic affiliation. SImilalry when PMLN can't rob other provinces, they have Saraikis in their own province to whom they have slaughtered financially by utilising all funds in Lahore, establishing all industries in Punjabi cities etc. Now if you donot understand as you are Noora then donot comment.

majority of bureaucracy from KPK or Sindh even today,
have a look in all collectorates from Customs to Income Tax, all from Karachi
you have one Punjabi in Sindh in a high position, you start crying
but here in Punjab everyone just goes along, no one is bothered if you are Pathan, Bugti or Somro.
