On the instructions of ICC, PCB has hired the services of a Psychologist. Amir already have two sessions with him/her.

After his mental conditioning, he would be gradually allowed back by ICC by reducing his ban after the appeal.

Obviously he committed this crime at a very young age but allowing him back into the game would be similar to accepting cheating as normal so others will be tempted to do the same. He must be made an example of to our own players in particular who are constantly involved in such controversies, next we'll be wanting the other two cheats Asif and Salman Butt to return.

They can give him as many shrinks as they want that was never the issue. I don't think the ICC will allow him back anytime soon or atleast for a few years but by then his time will have past as new generations come and depart very soon in Sports like Cricket.

I am all for forgiveness but this young man humiliated our nation which i will not pardon. I don't want people chanting "cheat, cheat, cheat" to us that would certainly happen if he were to return! We should also then forgive Zardari, Gilani, Nawaz Sharif, Musharraf and Shaukat Aziz if they asked us nicely.

What a stupid comment. How can u compare serial killers like zardari with amir. This is the way cricket is and all international players are subjected to spot and match fixing. Was shane warne or hershelle gibbs banned for life? entire indian team is involved and there are solid proofs of it. What does BCCI do ? they do not even comment on it.
