1. Why he come back to Pakistan ?

Because, he is just an ordinary guy in UK so he has to wait in long lines if he need any medical treatment and therefore he return Pakistan to access all the VIP stuff

2. Why he is writing a letter about corona ?

Sorry but this is a joke. There is a million of info. available on Internet and Govt is doing best in their limited resources to keep it as much less worse as possible.

If he already know as how to defeat Corona then he should write it to Italy, Spain, USA and UK where it is spreading.
