Secularism failed both in pre and post partition scenarios. Western states took the responsibility of Church driven Crusades, where as Mr. Browns of Muslims states stupidly trying to be Secular which never exist.

Yes, he is already living as 2nd class, as Muslims and other minorities in India.
Dear Unicorn, the solution for humanity only and only lies in goal set by the quran and the terms and conditions clearly set out therein. Anyone is welcome to try and bring forth any better goal than that or terms and conditions.
The problem with people is that they want peace yet they follow goals of their own which lead them to wars. This contradiction needs to be realised and solved between what people want and how they are going about to get it.
We humans are at wild animal level yet and need to rise above that before we embrace each other as members of same family. This needs purpose based education and education takes time and effort on part of teachers and learners. So I do not see any quick solutions. Solution will also remain distant till people promote survival of the fittest ideology. In that case if you are good and want me to be good then you can only force me to be good when you have enough power to overcome me if I refuse to be reasonable. You cannot tell me to be good if you are hell bent on being bad yourself. let me try and explain.
Let say I live to make effort to benefit myself from my effort but I tell you to not to do that instead you work for my benefit then this is double standard. This is what is going on through out the world. Every one of us is living a double life. We do not want to do good for others yet want others to do good for us. This is the problem we are not even realising. It is all about refusing to care and share things properly with each other. We are all kids fighting over toys, not realising at all that if we worked together we could make a lot more toys than any of us will ever need. Instead we waste lots of time fighting each other. Shows how grown up we humans are.

You have a good point. You know that Pakistan is a signaturay to the international declaration of human rights and it must withdraw form it, if was to institute such a policy as a state.

Might is always right, rules and signatures are for weak only.
Dear Unicorn international agreements are a sham. People are simply trying to trick each other the best they can. How good is record of major powers in the world for securing peace and prosperity of people in the world? It is just a trick by powerful nations to exploit weaker nations just like powerful people exploit weak people in the same family, village or city or country.
If people are really interested in rights and responsibilities towards each other than they should draft agreements worth keeping otherwise it is all about saying one thing and doing another.
Unless people anywhere and everywhere work together for the betterment of each other things are never going to change no matter how many more centuries go by.
It is good that we are all making each other realise things so hopefully that will help in the long run.
