These greetings are all about joining in and sharing with the festivities and happiness of my fellows, friends and my neighbors.
The issues of Muslims portraying as humble or tolerant being might be perhaps your, those are not mine at all.
So please do not transfer your burden, prejudice or personal opinion or whatever you call upon me on the name of Islam or on behalf of Muslims. I'll be very thankful.
Thanks for you suggestions to consult google or scholars but it is my request that please do not be too kind to assist me in Islam or refer to your scholars; There is a good chance that I'm well read in Islamic literature, history and understand the core books that I'll be needing some random scholar, and when I have a doubt I might consult the literature. I do not learn Islam by random googling anyway.
