Can you define what is meant by Authentic and how this book is called Authentic or as it seems to be a "Gora" writer that's why you called it as authentic.
There are numerous authentic books on the history of Pathan's origin written by local authors. Many Pathans know their origin. Why did you doubt about it?
Pathans has more than 5000 years history started from Hazrat Ibrahim Alaih-Salam's son Hazrat Yaqoob Alaih Salam. I had read a book on the history of Pathan ages ago that's why I forgot its author name which I had confirmed from many authors and Pathu Literature Professors as well. They said that the history mentioned in the books about Pathans are well authentic and referenced upto 3200 years and the rest are weak references and assumptions.
And you are talking about very short and recent history. All Khans in the world are Pathans and all Pathans are basically from Afghanistan. Kabuli used to use for the people came from Afghanistan in 1979 or people from Afghanistan. What's wrong with it?

In research of Pathan history nobody has written a better book than olaf caro, THE Pathan have a read and u will know what I am talking about. Even Ghani Khan wrote a book called the Pathan by referencing from the same book, I have not read a better book than that if u have let me know will be a great boost to my knowledge

Can that few pages of Ghani Khan tell you the history? That book is just a joke.

I am just wondering if he really from Peshawar? strange ! He claims that he is from Peshawar then we must ask him that which school did he goto in Peshawar ? I don't know... Peshawar got awesome real good, and educated people ...how the heck they comeup with this person to become PTI candidate ? I don't think that he is a right choice / pick to get honored with PTI ticket. He don't sound one, at all an educated and competent person from Peshawar. When he gives reference of he being elected "nazim" in previous elections then I must say that those elections were not so valid that one can take it as a reference point in his resume to convince new and educated voters of Peshawar who never participated in any elections before. Nope ! He is not a right choice to become PTI representative, and can represent true learnt Peshawaries in the national assembly
