ANP has run away.Asfandyar is living in Afghanistan.Zardari fled to Dubai because he was scared of Gen Raheel.I believe Pakistan doesn't have extradition treaties with UAE and Afghanistan.It highly probable that ANP destroyed all records before PTI took over.Don't forget KK is run by JI and PTI coalition so PTI is somewhat constrained.
