Mustafa Kamal's appointment was made by Altaf Hussain. He is neither Altaf Hussain's relative nor was known to him before his appointment first as an IT Provincial Minister in 2002. If Mustafa Kamal would've been part any other party who don't see beyond their own relatives, no one would have known a Mustafa Kamal like person exists.
