Madrassas breeding terrorism

It is very necessary that Pak Madariss and Pak Schools, all of them should be 100% under the control of Government, and there should be same Books which should be controlled by Government.

The biggest Problem with Present System of Madaris is this that it is run by Boards which are run on "Sectarian Bases". This should come to an end. This fitna is bigger than of not having enough Islamic Education in normal Schools.

So, there are 2 ways step needed.

1st: Take back all Madaris from the control of all these "Sectarian" Boards.

2nd: Introduce more Islamic Education in all Schools.

After that name it Schools or Madrissas, it doesn't matter.



By the way AliGul is right too that in Areas of SWAT and FATA, these Madaris are the main reason of producing brain washed suicide Bombers. [These Bombers have not been sent by Allah directly from heavens, but they are the products of these same Madaris].

There may be neutral Madaris in rest of Pakistan who are producing Good Alims, but at least all such Madaris which are doubted for producing extremism, they should be closed and taken back from these extremists. One example is Jamia Hafsa and LaL Mosque where Mullah like Ghazi openly threatening the State that 100s of Suicide bombers will hit if Government takes any action against their illegal terrorist activities.

Ah, how simple it is and how much simplified you made it. If the government was able to even run those public schools which it has in throught out the country., we wouldn't be seeing any of these Madarsas coming to provide the education, shelter and food to the hungry children.... If the rulers had conscious ,our current education policy would have been far superior than any of the neighbouring countries.Now, you are asking them to take the burdon of these madarsas as well. They can't even manage the public schools, look after the students and the buildings of the public schools in Pakistan, yet you were expecting them to run thousands of these madarsas ?

You are very right in your observations.

But as Nation, we have been left with no other option other than to be Positive and to do that which we were unable to do for last 60 years.

I am sure none of us want to see the Fitna and Episode which was created by single Madrassa of Jamia Hafsa any more in Future.
Remember how much Pakistan lost in terms of Economy after Islamabad incident? All the Foreign Investment stopped.
Remember there were only 8-10 Suicide Attackers in Bombay and they crippled the whole City for two-three days and Bombay lost Billions of Dollars and effects were felt even after many weeks.

Now just Imagine such 8-10 Lunatic Religious Extremists doing such Firing in Karachi, Lahore and other Cities of Pakistan. What will be the Result?

So, do we have any other Option other than to be Positive and to aim to do that which we failed to do for last 60 years?


And perhaps Government need not to take the Schools back from Individuals. Government simply need to Introduce the syllabus and then Introducing it's own Examinations. And then making Madaris free of these Sectarian Boards, and bring them under Federal Board. [You know in Jamia Hafsa they had only Pakistan Studies (and perhaps one more subject) but there was no Examination for them. Could we reallly live with it and keep on turning blind eyes to it and then wonder from where these Suicide Bombers are Coming?].

Deoband School of thought have different branches. The Liberal and really educated People like Fazlur Rehman and Mufti Taqi Usmani etc. belong to this school of thought, but at the same time the Extremist Taliban and Extremist Lashkar-e-Jhangvi also belong to this Group. And then we also have non-voilent and non-extremist Tableeghi Jamaat.

So, although the majority of their Madaris may be free of extremis, but how could we turn blind eyes that still there are 100s of Madaris which are directly run by Lashkar-e-Jhangvi and extremist Taliban?

Have we ever thought as Nation from where came these thousands of Suicide Bombers? Are they directly descended by Allah in Pakistan. As Nation, if we really want to exist, then we have to make a lot of changes in ourselves.

And with time these changes are taking place. Earlier there were Millions of us who supported Taliban. But after true face of Taliban is revealed, we see same people are turning against Taliban.

There is a difference between being a positive and being a realistic. Dogmatism always tells you to be aware of the hurdles while your heart always desires whatever it wants without being pragmatic. The question is not so simple that few lines would give you a resolution to be adopted and be successful. Hate mongers and passimistics have agenda of their own.Let's examine the situation from a nuetral point of view. Forget it if we are for or against certains parties or groups or join Government for their policies. Just think it as a Pakistani only and stand with those ordinary , common Paksitanis and look to observe the situation from their point of view.

Never mind the discussions of if the Jihadi's are attacking our values or forcing us to obay their interpertation of the Sharia.Let's look at the general deteriorating situation of Law and order in Pakistan.Compare any city, town and village and you will find there is no system of law. There are no rules to follow and there is absouletly no justice to be seen anywhere.The very first responsibility of any legitimit Governement in anywhere is to ensure existing laws within its borders are being enforced.Get the criminal elements under control, bring peace and tranquility to the fellow citizens and restore their faith and their dignity to the system which exists.No matter who has broken the law, the system should be just enough to bring the guilty to the court and deal with it right away.This is how you will restore the confidence of the people on law and open the door for any foreign investment. These are basics for any society which wants to prosper and excell in today's world.

The Government Goons always ruled Pakistan as their kingdom.Dictators, one after another always came to foyer and gave us a long lectures and big speeches on Good governing , provided us slogans to play with yet failed miserably on the substance of their policies.They came and gone on the advise of foriegn coutries and were never held accountable for their mess.

We end up starting from the scratch everytime as a nation. Sometimes it feels if no educated,literate person exists in Pakistan who can take control of our destiny.Always those who are foreign agents , in one shape or other, come to power to rule us.
The political parties always try to take the advantages of the situation. Some of them are in power for more than decades,never sat outaside the power corridors. Yet, there is nothing to show for their acheivements.

We are known as beggars to the west and they know we will never be adequately fed.Its well known to them that we have corrupt leaders who will rule us one after another and it suits them well. After all, dealing with a dictator is much better than dealing with an elected parliament.Dictators not necessarly belongs to army, we have civilian dictators as well.

My point is we must establish law and order in our country first.Take control of our territories.Don't allow foreign drons to come and bomb our borders.Clean up our own acts. Be honest to the nation and keep no hidden agenda. Don't keep a plane ready to take you off at the short notice with your luggage.Make Pakistan your home, don't spend time on long telephonic speeches from outside of Pakistan.Come and join your people who are struggling daily to earn their bread and butter.
